1990
as a small venture—outsourcing products from cities like Udaipur and selling them at local fairs and Dussehra events—soon transformed into something special. The turning point came when a close family friend tasted the homemade pickle prepared lovingly by our grandmother. Impressed, they requested just a 1–2 kg batch. That one small order sparked the beginning of our own pickle journey
1996-97
We officially launched our very own mango pickle. As the demand grew, we stepped away from mela stalls to focus on improving quality and consistency. This shift led us to invest in research and development to preserve the authenticity of our recipes and refine our production process.
2002
We expanded beyond pickles—introducing products like papads, amla candy, paan mukhwas, and aam papad. Everything was prepared seasonallyOur recipes remained heritage-rich and were lovingly passed down through generations. We stayed true to our region too—using Ramcholi ingredients and groundnut oil, unlike others who preferred mustard oil
2023
Our signature Moonjil oil makes all the difference. It adds a perfect balance—neither too salty, bitter, nor sour. Farmers often arrive as early as 5 AM, tasting our pickles and placing bulk orders from 10 to 100 kg, because here, pickles are enjoyed just like sabzi
