Shipping Policy

General Shipping Guidelines

Accurate Shipping Information: Please ensure all shipping details provided during checkout are accurate and complete. Any delays caused by incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing: For National Delivery, orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed for dispatch within the next 24 hours and delivered according to the timelines provided below.

Weekend and Holiday Orders: For National Delivery, any order placed on Saturdays after 5:00 PM IST, Sundays, or any government holidays will be processed for dispatch on the following Monday or the next working day evening. As our products have a limited shelf life, we’re unable to offer courier services or pickups on these days.

Festival Season Delays: During peak festival periods, dispatch and delivery times might be longer than usual due to high demand or logistical challenges. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Month-End Processing: Orders placed on the last two days of any month will be processed for dispatch or pickup on the first working day of the following month.

Shipping for Outlet Orders (Local Delivery)

For orders fulfilled by our local Godha Brothers outlets:

Standard Delivery Charge: A flat fee of ₹60 per order + applicable taxes will apply.

Delivery Timelines (measured as the distance between the outlet fulfilling the order and the delivery location):

0 – 3 km: Within 30 minutes of order acceptance by the outlet.

3 – 5 km: Within 45 minutes of order acceptance by the outlet.

Shipping for National Delivery

For orders shipped across India:

Applicable Shipping Charge: A charge of 5% of the cart value + applicable taxes will apply to all orders.

Delivery Timelines (estimated, determined by delivery location):

NCR (National Capital Region): Within 48 hours.

Metro Cities: 2 – 4 business days.

Non-Metro Cities: 5 – 7 business days.
